Suzvill is in Sachseln, a village in the canton of Obwalden, central Switzerland, by Lake Sarnen. The village is a pilgrimage destination, home in its Parish Church of St. Theodul and Nicholas of Flüe to the relics of Saint Nicholas of Flüe, a 15th-century hermit venerated as the country's national patron saint.
A short distance from Lucerne, Sachseln combines the rural calm of the pre-Alps with easy access to the main tourist destinations of central Switzerland.
