Plitvice-House is in Grabovac, in the municipality of Rakovica, central Croatia, close to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the park is known for its 16 terraced lakes, connected by waterfalls and wooden walkways over the water.
The region combines dense forest, karst caves and rich biodiversity, including rare species such as wolves and brown bears, making it one of Croatia's most visited natural destinations.
