Hotel Real is on Avenida Brasil, in Cascavel, in western Paraná. The city is an important agribusiness centre in the region, tied to soybean and grain processing, and sits on the BR-277 highway, one of southern Brazil's main routes.

Cascavel is about 130 kilometres from the Iguaçu Falls, one of Brazil's main natural attractions, and also serves as a support point for those visiting the border with Paraguay and Argentina, in the Triple Frontier region.
